After the company incorporation

One day after the incorporation at the notary. Please know that every company needs to pay the 50 euro registration fee after the company has been entered into the Chamber of Commerce registry. An invoice for this is mailed to the company address, roughly 7 days after registration. This is not paid by Legalee, nor the notary and needs to be paid by the client themselves.

After you have setup the bank account, you deposit the total share capital in this bank account.
Make sure to add a description to the bank that makes clear that this is the deposit to pay the
share capital. Afterwards, make a screenshot of this transaction to the notary. This should
clearly show that the name on the sender's bank account matches the name of the shareholder.
The description of the transaction must also be visible in the screenshot.

The notary will send the shareholders register to the shareholder. The director must sign every completed page of this document and send a copy of this register of shareholders should be mailed back.

The Dutch chamber of commerce notifies the Belastingdienst of the new company registration.
Usually the BTW number will be sent to your company’s address after 5 business days. You do
not have to take action to receive the BTW number. In some cases the Belastingdienst requires
additional information about your company. They will contact you by letter or give you a call.
