Privacy policy

As of May 25, 2018, all companies (including self-employed persons and SMEs) that process personal data are obliged to provide better information about their privacy policy. You do this with a Privacy Statement. It is required by law, you avoid fines and you show your customers that you handle their personal data properly. In a privacy statement (or privacy statement) you include what policy you have with regard to the processing of personal data. You specify which data you process for what purpose and whether this data is still shared with other parties. You then communicate this to your customers / clients. It is not mandatory to have a privacy statement signed.
